Organised by: Center for Victims of Torture – New Tactics in Human Rights Project. Tactical Mapping is a visual tool for understanding the complex relationships surrounding a problem, identifying tactics already in use, and seeing where new actions are needed. The tool allows organizations to retain their unique perspective or expertise, but shows how their own diverse actions can come together in pursuit of a common or coordinated strategic goal.
