Can the European Union still push for the establishment of unsustainable development and governance models in its neighbourhood? This seminar will bring civil society actors from the Mediterranean, Southern Caucasus and Eastern Europe and the European Union together to analyse the extent to which the European Union forces its neighbouring countries to follow certain development and governance models by adding conditionalities to its aid programmes.
