Global Movement seems to have lost its visibility. After a cycle - between 1999 and 2003 - during which it gained an absolute role in the public sphere, something changed. It doesn't mean it disappeared, neither that it became weaker. Probably, it is true the opposite. But, it changed its strategy, its route, its way of spreading. The question is: why? what happened? where is it know? what kind of strategy is it following?
