Memory of the co-organized activities
At the World Social Forum 2007 event in Nairobi a total of 13 co-organized activities were held during the first three days.
The concept of co-organized activities was proposed by the African Social Forum (ASF) and the Eastern Africa Organizing Committee (EAOC) and later on endorsed by the International Council of the WSF. The main objective and strategic challenge for the ASF and the EAOC, was to highlight the global problems from an African perspective.
The 13 co-organized activities had the following program:

- Freeing and Democratizing Knowledge and Information
January 22nd – 2:30 - 5:00 pm

- Toward a World without borders challenging the international apartheid: Migration and Diaspora
- Just Trade for a Just World: Fighting the “Free Trade Agreements”
- People’s Soverenity
- Labour
January 23rd – 2:30 - 5:00 pm
- Akasi, Akasi, Akasi, Women moving forward
- A Debt Free World is Possible
- Common Goods for Common Life
- Living Alternatives (Youth)
