The Youth Commission of the Nairobi Organizing Committee and that of the Africa Social Forum hereby calls for Youth, Youth Organizations and groups to register for the WSF2007.

The WSF2007 as in the previous World Social Forums will facilitate a space for young people under the auspices of the International Youth Camp (IYC) to articulate their living alternatives under this year’s theme: Youth Struggles, Youth Alternatives.

Individual, activity, group and stall registrations are now Open. Please follow this link for further information. Please know that the deadline for registration is November 30^th. Individual registration will remain open, even during the WSF 2007. Young people with the requisite skills are also advised to register as Volunteers at this link.

Since many of the interactions before the WSF2007 are online, we request organizations and networks with internet resources to facilitate the registration and interactivity of their constituencies without internet access. These acts of mediation are considered central to the success of the WSF2007 forum. Please send us your contact information if you or your organization will be willing to take up the role of an internet mediator.
